It was a group interview on Microsoft Teams with the Event Operations team. They'd ask questions and we'd raise our virtual hands to answer. Unfortunately, after the interview, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks.

We kicked off with a quick online interview that focused on my past experiences and asked things like 'why you?'. If I passed that, I had an all-day in-person interview from 8am to 5pm with everyone else who made it to the second round. There were about 30 of us, and we all started the day together in one room for an icebreaker. Then, we split into smaller groups for a few hours. After a lunch break, we were called one by one for short individual interviews. Once my interview was done, I was shown the exit.

Behavioral Group Presentation

So we had this in person interview, there were 7 of us candidates. They split us into two groups and we talked for two hours. The hiring team swapped in and out every half hour or so to ask questions. Some groups had time for our questions at the end, some didn't. It was super chill, felt like they were just checking our vibe. Just make sure you have some stories ready from your past and try to stand out from the other people in your group. My only hang-up was that they didn't mention it was a group interview beforehand, but you can usually tell from how the recruiter talks to you.

I had a phone interview. They were over an hour late for the scheduled time, and I had my email open. After emailing them to check in, they claimed they had called (which they hadn't, and they didn't send a follow-up email either). We rescheduled for the next day, and they were again an hour late for that call. The questions were pretty basic, but the interviewer seemed uninterested in conducting the interview.
