It was a simple interview, and I wasn't really sure what to expect going in. Afterwards, I felt like I did pretty well. I'm not sure how they assess candidates, but I'm confident that if you can communicate effectively and show your unique qualities, it's just like any other typical interview. Overall, I think the interview went great. They didn't ask me any technical questions, which was fine by me. I just wish the interview hadn't been scheduled during finals week, because then I feel like I could have prepared better and dressed more professionally.

My application was straightforward, I made sure my resume and cover letter were in order. Then came a rather agonizing wait for a callback. Eventually, a recruiter contacted me to set up an interview for 6 p.m. a few days later. On the interview day, they requested to push it earlier to 4:30 p.m. I waited nervously for the call, only to stumble when I tried to explain a project I had worked on.
