It was a 3 step process, starting with a line manager interview, then a secondary interview with a Senior lead, and finally an HR interview. They took a comprehensive look at my experience, asking competency and HR questions. It felt like a long but very thorough process, which gave me a chance to get a perspective from different areas of the business.
