It was a horrible interview experience. The first round with HR and the BD team lead went smoothly, and they quickly set up a second interview for late Friday night. However, the hiring manager was very rude, unprofessional, and impatient during that second round. Two days later, they contacted me about a final round at their office, but then changed it to an online format. After that, they completely ghosted me with no reply.

I had two phone interviews and then three in-person interviews with the Sr. Manager, Team Leader, and the Co. VP. All the interviewers were competent, helpful, and welcoming. The interviews were conversational and short, maybe 5-8 minutes each. It was a great experience and I got offered the job.
