Research and Development Engineer
So the first thing was an online assessment with one graph question that I had 3 hours to solve. Then there was a pen and paper test, which was another DSA question. After that, it was a technical round and finally a hr round.
- What makes you want to work at Samsung?
R&D Engineer
First, they shortlist resumes, looking for good projects. Then there's an intermediate test with 2 questions, one easy and one medium. After that, an advanced test with 1 difficult question and a 3-hour time limit. Next, a professional test with a Codeforces D, E level problem. Finally, a coding round with 2 Leetcode medium questions.

Research Engineer
The interview process had 4 rounds. First, a coding test in C/C++/Java, where I had to code from scratch without C++ STL, and I got 1 question in 3 hours. Second, a technical interview covering DSA, OOP, Database Systems, OS, Computer Networks, and my Projects at Samsung and on campus. Third, an HR interview that was a general discussion. Fourth, a research interview focusing on deep learning and machine learning, plus my Projects at Samsung and on campus.
