I interviewed for a position in the Ads team and successfully cleared all technical rounds. However, after that, my profile was put on hold indefinitely without any explanation. The hiring manager and talent acquisition partner showed a complete lack of accountability—no updates, no proper communication, and no regard for the candidate’s time and effort. It’s disappointing to see such poor hiring practices, especially after investing significant time in the process. A more transparent and structured approach would go a long way in improving the candidate experience.

Four interview rounds happened over a month. After that, I waited a whole month with no updates or callbacks. It was a terrible experience because I had to keep chasing them for info. If they're like this during interviews, imagine how it'll be after I join.

The interview process was great and methodical. It involved a technical interview, an HR interview, a C test, DSP, and Mobile, followed by two rounds that covered both technical and managerial skills. Right after finishing the interview, they released the offer.
