The interview was great with 4 people interviewing me at a single time. After that there was a HR round and then the final selections were announced. The interviewers were really friendly and helped me get calm and then proceeded onto the further questions. The questions were of medium difficulty and the conversation was smooth during the entire process leaving no room for nervousness.

First there was a written test, it was pretty simple mcq based questions on electrical machine, power system, control system. It was followed by a technical interview and then a HR interview. The written questions were average, just basic knowledge was required.

I'm sharing my experience interviewing with Samsung Engineering Private Ltd. on September 30, 2013. The eligibility criteria was a CGPA of 7 or above for Chemical Engineering graduates. There were two rounds: a written test and a technical/HR interview. The written test had 25 technical questions and 50 aptitude questions. The technical questions covered topics like fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and basic engineering principles. The aptitude section included data interpretation, basic quantitative problems, and logical reasoning. There was an upper cutoff for the written test, and students scoring within a certain range proceeded to the next stage. Students who scored above the upper cutoff were not selected. The technical interview was considered easy, focusing on pumps, heat exchangers, and fluid flow equations. The HR interview was also easy. The offered package was 4.45 lac per annum CTC, and one person was selected.
