The interview process involved many interview rounds, I'd say at least 4-5. They had a panel interview as well. Most interviews were conversational and they asked the same scripted questions to everyone.

It took me about 4.5 months from applying to get through this whole process. There was a recruiter call, a phone interview, and then two in-person interviews. The interviews were a mess, constantly getting cancelled last minute or the interviewers wouldn't even show up (I remember being on the conference line waiting and no one showing up). Also, the interviewers seemed unprepared and didn't really ask me about my specific experience. After the final interview with the senior leaders, the recruiter was super interested, asking about my start date and if I'd drop other offers if they made one. I followed up a bunch over the next few weeks, and then finally got an email saying they decided to go with an internal candidate.

Behavioral Case

First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview with a District Manager, followed by another in-person interview with a Regional Manager. After that, I had a call with HR about the offer, and then I received a written offer. The interviews included typical situation questions, focusing on my sales, multi-unit management, and leadership background.
