Got a call from HR to confirm details like the internship ending without conversion to full-time, salary expectations, etc. Then, a 30-minute hiring manager interview was scheduled for the next day. It was supposed to be "some behavioral, some technical" but ended up being 60 minutes, split into 30 minutes of behavioral and 30 minutes of technical. The behavioral part had good questions and was very friendly. The technical part, led by a tech lead, covered high-level topics based on what I discussed in the behavioral segment. A week later, HR called again, mentioning another round with a director, but it wasn't clear if it would be behavioral or technical. The director round was behavioral, though very casual, likely checking for role alignment. Another week passed, and HR contacted me with an offer. I kept in touch with my HR rep for updates throughout. Everyone was professional and friendly, increasing my excitement for the role.

There were two rounds: the first was with HR and the second was with the hiring team. It was a standard HR interview, but the second one was more about personal questions, focusing on your life story.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They started by discussing my resume and my PhD research. Then, they asked some basic questions related to wireless communications and digital signal processing. The questions weren't super tough, but they did need a good grasp of the subjects.
