Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Samsung C&T.
Planning Engineer
The technical interview was good, mainly focusing on core concepts. Then there was an HR round followed by negotiation. They described the new role and responsibilities, the work culture, and other organizational rules. They also explained about the project and timelines.
- Can you explain what a WBS is?
- Tell me about your experience at your previous employer.
Engineer
I went through 2 rounds of interviews, one online and one in person. Both involved a panel discussion, and the interviewers were really nice and friendly, not scary at all. Even though my internet cut out and I got disconnected, I still passed!
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Do you have any personal questions?
- Can you describe your previous experience in school?
Engineer
They will first ask why you left your last job and then talk about the work scope for the current role. Questions will be asked based on your CV. Finally, you can ask your own questions.
- Why did you leave your last job?
