Behavioral

The whole process took a few months and involved 4 interviews, with 3 done virtually and the last one in person. The vibe was super relaxed, and the questions were pretty basic. Each interview lasted about 35 minutes, and they spent most of that time explaining stuff about the company.

Behavioral Other

It was a basic overview that went over if I had any former experience and other general questions for one without a former job. It was easy-going as my interview as 1:1 and fairly quick as well, due to the fact of me not having a former job. So, main interviewer Sherri could really only ask me general questions as to why I should be hired, since most of the regular questions that she could ask, would only apply to those with former experience.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews with Sam's Club. The first interview seemed to go okay, but then they told me they'd recently updated their computer systems and lost my info. They also mentioned the job I interviewed for wasn't available anymore. They told me to check their website for a different job, but that job didn't even exist. I was sent home with the promise the manager would post the job that night or call me, but neither happened. A few days later, I applied for another job and got an automated email to schedule an interview online. But the website was down for about a week. When I finally got to the interview, I had to wait two hours. The interviewer was super rushed and apologized for being late. The whole interview took about ten minutes, and I never heard back.
