It was pretty quick. After passing the online applications and assessments for this role, I had one in-person interview with two hiring managers. The initial contact call to set up the in-person interviews can be really hit or miss at most locations.

This was a super easy interview process. The main topics were about how you treat your team members and how you manage and lead people. If you can go into detail on both of these, you'll do great.

I applied online and did a survey. Then an automated system scheduled an interview. I got to the store and waited 20 minutes. The manager came out and said he didn't know I was coming. I never got a call about the merchandising lead position, but I did get an interview for the member team lead position. Before I could even go to that interview, I saw I was no longer being considered for either job. I know I'm qualified, but I think I was discriminated against for my age and ethnicity. It was a really bad experience!
