They told us to come for an interview the very next day after all other procedures like GD and aptitudes were completed. Since I'm from a non-CSE/IT background (ECE), I was expecting questions about my projects, like my friends got. However, I was given some coding questions, though they weren't too difficult. It really depends on the panel. My friends received questions about family, breakfast, college, hobbies, etc. I'm now waiting for the interview results.

I applied online and the entire process took about a month. I interviewed at TDS Telecommunications in Madison, WI in May 2018. First, I had a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter. If you pass the assessment and background check, they might contact you as soon as 24-48 hrs for a phone interview which is the final step before they make an offer.

You'll be at the main office for the interview and the questions are pretty standard. Just know that most of the things they say you'll never get to use after you're hired. They'll mostly pretend you never said anything about it or hire someone else for a position you wanted after mentioning it.
