It's a short and sweet process. You can just walk in. They're really desperate for more professional servers. Just be aware, they will ask you to work major holidays. Like, who is even open on Christmas Day?
- Are you available to work on Christmas?
- Weekends are our busiest times, are you able to work on weekends?
- Can you tell me about yourself?

I was sent to the wrong location for my interview. The manager was really nice about it and said they'd do the interview there and make sure to communicate for me, which was great. I went in before the store opened, and the team was friendly. It was a typical restaurant interview. They asked about my experience and schedule, etc.
- What is your availability to work?
- What types of concepts have you worked at before?
- What experience do you have up-selling menu items?
Server
The whole process was pretty straightforward. Just the normal back-and-forth of questions and answers. I spoke with a friendly manager who seemed to know their stuff. It was an easy interview, as long as you're comfortable chatting with new people. Overall, it was pretty simple and the questions were pretty generic.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
