It's a short and sweet process. You can just walk in. They're really desperate for more professional servers. Just be aware, they will ask you to work major holidays. Like, who is even open on Christmas Day?

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really thorough process. They shared a lot about the culture during the interactive interview part, which was awesome. I was really impressed with everything overall. The only downside was having to wait for the final offer. Unfortunately, after the whole process, the role was no longer available because the manager they were trying to replace decided not to leave. So, it felt like a whole month wasted.

You usually have two interviews, one with a lower level manager and then one with the GM. They ask a lot about your experience and tell you about the commitment needed for Saltgrass. Training takes a few weeks. After training, you get ranked every two months to see if you can move up. Moving up is important for better tables, sections, and shifts.
