It was a 30 minute group interview. The hiring manager had us all sit down at a table. There were about eight people there. I didn't answer every question, but I did answer most of them, trying to be brief but also answer fully.
- Can you tell us about your customer service experience?
- What are your thoughts on receiving constructive criticism?
- Tell us about a time you used creativity to solve a tough problem.

I interviewed at/for the Wiz Bang Bar, which is a bit different than the other locations because it is soft serve ice cream instead of hard scoop ice cream and it is a part of this indoor market with some other restaurants around it. I interviewed with five other people and we basically just sat at a picnic table while the manager asked us questions and we went around in a circle responding.
- How do you like to receive feedback and how do you respond to it?

It was pretty easy. They were nice and gave us a tour of the shop. After a phone chat, the manager had us come in, and we all talked about how we fit the job description together.
- Can you tell me about your experiences that make you a good fit for this job?
- Do you prefer working the scoop station or the cashier station?
