I had a video interview, then two in-person interviews. The next step was supposed to be the final interview with the CEO, but then they just ghosted me. It was really disappointing they didn't even send a rejection email.

The interview process was super easy and quick. Just a heads-up though, they might promise you stuff and then totally ghost you. I had this one interviewer who told me I was the best they'd ever seen and that I'd get an email soon from their boss to set up a Zoom call to meet the team. Two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. So I emailed to check in and say I was still interested. They completely ignored me. I complained to HQ HR, and they seemed kinda annoyed but then offered me the job right then. I said no thanks.

I had a phone interview for the Scooper position, but unfortunately, I was not selected. I asked for feedback to improve my future applications, but they never responded, which I found very unprofessional, especially during the pandemic when job searching was so difficult. I ended up finding a better job and am grateful I didn't have to work there. While I don't usually boast, my previous similar roles indicated I was indispensable. I'm completely disappointed with how this interview process went.

I applied online, which included the application and a personality screen they email you. About 10 days later, I got an email asking about my availability for a phone screen. I suggested three times and they emailed back scheduling me for a phone interview, but not during those times. They are pretty quick to respond and flexible though. The phone interview was supposed to be 15 minutes, but it was only about 5 minutes. They asked three questions and then scheduled me for a group interview at the store. The group interview was super casual, just me, another person applying, and the store manager. We sat at a picnic table outside and talked. She mentioned she was going to hire one person but decided to hire both of us. I got a call the next day from the hiring coordinator to confirm the offer, and then I was scheduled for orientation a few days later.
