Pretty disappointing and frankly pathetic. I went to New York for an in-person interview after a good phone screening. I thought it went well and the hiring manager gave me good feedback. After that, nothing. I tried to follow up for months but they totally ghosted me. They showed no regard or respect for the time and money I invested. I just wanted an answer, even a rejection would have been fine. It's hard to believe a recruitment agency that doesn't give their own candidates basic courtesy would be professional in hiring for their clients. I'm not the only one who has been ghosted by this company. Take this for what it's worth and don't waste your time.

So, the APAC people & performance manager gave me a call for an initial screening. After that, I was invited to their assessment centre. This centre involved a few skill tests and some group discussions. They also gave us a presentation about SALT and what they stand for. Then, I had a face to face interview with a practice lead, followed by a Skype interview with the APAC CEO. After that, they did some reference checks. Once all that was done, I received a job offer. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.

The recruiter from Salt tried hard to get me to join them from my previous company. I had heard some not-so-good things about Salt, so I wasn't really considering it until a Senior Manager reached out.
