- What unique value do you offer to the team?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was a phone call to chat about my background and when I could work. Then, I went in person to meet the hiring manager. We talked about different situations and how I'd react, and then they showed me around the place. It all took less than two weeks.
- What's your approach to dealing with a challenging customer?
Customer Service Representative
First, I had a relaxed chat with HR that went really well. Then, they gave me a typing and data entry test, which I aced. After that, I met with someone else, maybe a supervisor, and overall, it felt very positive. They mentioned they'd get back to me by the end of the week, but it's been three weeks and no word. I feel like they should at least let candidates know either way.
- Can you describe a challenging situation from a past job, detailing how you managed it and the final result?
