Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SalesHive.
Sales Development Representative
It was great. First round with a recruiter and second round with the CMO. The process was casual and focused more on my experiences rather than technical skills. The process felt much more human than other interviews I’ve had.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about your past work?
- Could you walk me through your previous work experiences?
Sales Development Representative
It was a fast and straightforward but still complete interview process. It was pretty much what I expected, but they were really driven and thorough with their questions and the whole interview. It gives a great first impression of a company you could end up staying with for a long time. It felt stable, secure, and well-run.
- Do you have any past experience that's similar to this type of role?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was pretty standard, starting with follow-ups after resume submission. I spoke with two very professional recruiters, then had a one-on-one with the recruiting manager. An offer was made within 24 hours, I believe.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience that is relevant to this role?
