It was a fast and straightforward but still complete interview process. It was pretty much what I expected, but they were really driven and thorough with their questions and the whole interview. It gives a great first impression of a company you could end up staying with for a long time. It felt stable, secure, and well-run.

It was a few phone calls with different managers. I didn't have to turn my camera on, but they might ask for that now.

There were 2 interviews, one with Sharon and then another with the director. If you study the script for about 15-20 minutes, you'll do fine. Everyone was friendly during the whole process and training begins soon.

So first, I had to call and read a script on a recorded line. If I did well, then I had a virtual interview with a manager. Then there was a second interview where I did some role play calling with another manager. Both managers were really nice and easy to talk to. They seemed to really want you to do well.
