Honestly it was very easy. The first interview was a phone call with a recruiter, then whoever your manager would be, then an interview with the client. The recruiter call was 15 mins and the manager call was 30. The client interview varied, I did a few.

It was a really quick and smooth process, I got an offer on the same day as my interview. The team was great and the recruiters put in a lot of effort for my process. I can't say enough good things about the entire team.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and the main recruiter reached out. She scheduled a phone interview and was really flexible and communicative about timing. The phone interview went well, she asked good questions and gave me info about the company and role. She said she'd update me in 24 hours, but after two days I had to follow up by email. No reply. I emailed again after four days, still nothing. After a week, I followed up one more time and still no response. I was totally ghosted by the recruiter. It would have been fine if I wasn't a fit, but to be told you'll hear back and then get no communication at all is really bad. This experience gave the company a terrible reputation. Companies need to be careful who they have representing them.

The interview process moved quickly. I interviewed with all three managers and the COO. There were five other candidates interviewing that day. Mostly, they asked about my experience. Two days later, I got a call back for a client position.
