- Can you define purchases and explain their objectives?
Buyer
I received a call for an initial screening, then I had an in-person interview. The hiring manager and the business unit manager for the role were there. They were really keen to understand how I handle processes in my current company to see if it would fit with theirs. They were a bit too strict about the C1 English requirement, especially since the interviewer seemed to have about a B1/B2 level.

Buyer
it's a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. the interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates, and making a hire.
