The interview was straightforward and pleasant. I spoke with the purchasing manager and their assistants. After introductions, the discussion focused on questions regarding purchasing and the supply chain. They then provided information about the role and the salary range.

I received a call for an initial screening, then I had an in-person interview. The hiring manager and the business unit manager for the role were there. They were really keen to understand how I handle processes in my current company to see if it would fit with theirs. They were a bit too strict about the C1 English requirement, especially since the interviewer seemed to have about a B1/B2 level.
