I got an email inviting me to a Graduate program, and I replied. About a week or two later, they emailed me to prepare for a basic engineering test, which is really important for selection. They also asked for my transcript, passport, visa, and address via email. I got a date for the test, took it, and it was pretty straightforward. Now I'm waiting for a call about the next round. They said they'd contact shortlisted candidates within a week after the engineering test. Keeping my fingers crossed! I'll update you all later. Pray for me to get selected so I can share more info. Thanks. Everything was done by email, and the communication was good. From what I've heard, Saipem is a great place to work. Good luck, everyone!
