First, I had an interview with HR, and then I went to the hospital for an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager and the educator showed me around the unit. Afterward, we went back to her office to talk about my experience and what I was looking for in a new job.

I applied online and they reached out for an interview. The first interview was with HR, then the nurse manager for the unit. HR emails you what documents to bring. Both were super nice. They'll tell you their decision after the interview. I heard back in 2 days. Then I had to take a 30-question medication calculation and pharmacology exam. The pharm part was basic med admin knowledge, like a scenario and you pick what to do. Med calculation was simple flow rate and conversions. You need an 85% to pass, but can retake it. Heads up: no formal hiring letter, just a verbal offer. They'll send the official letter after the med exam.
