First, you register when you arrive. Then, you wait to meet the unit manager. The manager will then start the interview in an open area. They begin early to make time for other candidates.

Registered Nurse
A 15-minute interview happened via Microsoft Teams. It was a one-on-one with a nurse manager. The vibe was comfortable and friendly. The interview went pretty easily and smoothly. Hope you guys get good results!
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Would you be open to working night shifts?
- What did your supervisor say about you?
Physician Assistant
It was a great interview experience with amazing and helpful people in a fast-paced environment. I would gladly return for another site visit. It's a great place to work if you like being in a hospital. I really enjoyed the experience and would consider coming back if I found a position closer to home.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
Nurse
I applied online and they reached out for an interview. The first interview was with HR, then the nurse manager for the unit. HR emails you what documents to bring. Both were super nice. They'll tell you their decision after the interview. I heard back in 2 days. Then I had to take a 30-question medication calculation and pharmacology exam. The pharm part was basic med admin knowledge, like a scenario and you pick what to do. Med calculation was simple flow rate and conversions. You need an 85% to pass, but can retake it. Heads up: no formal hiring letter, just a verbal offer. They'll send the official letter after the med exam.
- What makes you want to join the nurse internship program here?
- What draws you to the specific specialty you applied for?
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 years?
