Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saint Luke's.
Registered Nurse
I first had an interview with HR, and then they scheduled an interview with the nurse manager of the unit I was interested in. The HR interview was pretty thorough, more so than the nurse manager interview.
- Can you share an example of a mistake you made and explain how you resolved it?
Registered Nurse
The application process was a bit strange because they require you to answer some questions on video. I had my first interview over the phone. After that call, they set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview went well. I met with two managers, and they made me feel at ease. The questions they asked were pretty standard, and they seemed really engaged with my responses.
- Can you describe a negative patient interaction you experienced?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was quick and easy, and the HR representative was helpful. It was a pretty average interview experience. I had a video call with HR first, and then I interviewed with the unit. HR was the first point of contact and connected me with the unit I was interested in.
- Can you describe your clinical experience?
