They basically let me run the interview, just asking me about my resume experiences one by one and asking me to talk more about them. After that, they just asked some easy questions.

My resume was sent to HR by the hiring manager. HR called me on a Friday morning and asked basic questions about my work permits and education. There were two behavioral questions, but no technical ones. The hiring manager called back the following Tuesday, which was pretty fast. We talked a bit before the interview. He asked me to talk about my experience on my resume and specifically what I did on those tasks. It was a good experience, but I'm not sure why I didn't get an offer.

So this was for an internship, and they did an interview process for it. It was face to face with two people, and also had 3-4 other people on a conference call. They asked a bunch of questions to figure out where I would fit based on my skills and what jobs they had. The two people there in person asked me HR type stuff to see how I'd be at work and with others. The people on the call asked more technical questions about my math skills and how good I am with computer software. They also had me talk about past projects related to my field of study, and to explain what I did and why, basically to "sell" them on my project.
