The entire interview process took about a week. It started with a call from a third-party recruiter. Then I had my first interview with the RSM. Less than a week after that, I had my second onsite interview with the VP of Sales. I got an offer two days later. The first interview was pretty relaxed, but the second one was more formal and challenging.

I had a quick phone chat with the manager, then got a personality test, and finally, a face-to-face meeting the next day. The manager made some comments that didn't sit right with me. He mentioned the youngest employee is 24 and he prefers not to hire people right out of college. He also talked about firing people who didn't meet his expectations and the short notice for the start date, saying that companies often let sales reps go quickly anyway. His views on age, firing, and respect if you leave were concerning.

I applied and then had a face to face interview. After that there was a phone interview. Then I got an offer letter, and they gave me a week to think it over and negotiate. Once I accepted the offer, I was able to start after two weeks, which gave me time to give my previous employer notice.
