Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SAI|SAI 108.
Software Developer
My interview experience started with a written test where they asked general aptitude and technical questions in C, C++, Java, and .NET. The second round was a group discussion (GD) where we had to discuss current topics. Then there was a technical round where I was asked about C, data structures, sorting, graphs, and searching. The final round was with HR, who was very patient and gave me time to think before answering.
- What are your thoughts on data structures and sorting?
- Can you discuss data structures and sorting?
Senior Software Engineer
It was one of the worst interview I had ever gone through, they took almost more than a week for processing. Especially the hr is too poor in estimating the candidates skills. Instead of skill and communication he preferred his personal opinion which was very pity. I really feel bad when a candidate is having health issue how he could be so energetic. You have to appreciate for the effort he put to give an interview. It's really worst thing to have such hr and who is recruiting. He preferred reference candidates.
- Technical questions about ado.net and asp.net
Software Engineer
The TR was a bit difficult to crack. The HR round was a bit easy but simple. It was difficult to find the location and the aptitude test was difficult.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
