It was quick and easy. Ordinary questions, nothing too hard. I met with HR, then the Workshop Manager, and finally the Head of HR to approve the process. It went pretty fast for me, I think.

I am dynamic and motivated, and through my previous work experiences, I've developed the listening and comprehension skills needed for an administrative or commercial role. I've also become familiar with the technical tools available to me. A position within your agency would be a real stepping stone for me, allowing me to reach the next level in my professional career under the best conditions, in a field I already got a feel for during my training.

It was a chaotic, unprofessional, and poorly organized interview process. Scheduling the interview was difficult, and it took multiple calls and emails just to get a time set. The initial interview time offered was during lunch, and I later found out it was changed without proper notification. I arrived early for the interview, but the interviewers, including the recruiter, were late. The interview was a panel of five people, with three arriving late. This made it feel like I had to repeat myself and answer questions for everyone as they arrived. Despite having prior experience, the position felt near entry-level. Some interviewers seemed clueless and expected different things, and a couple were unpleasant. After the interview, I was asked to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while they deliberated. They then told me they would be in touch, but I never heard back after sending thank-you notes. The whole experience felt unprofessional and like a waste of time.
