Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Safran.
Quality Specialist
I applied online. Had my first interview with HR, which was online and friendly. They asked common interview questions. Got a call for a second interview within 1-2 weeks, which was technical. I felt I did well. Waited 3-4 weeks for feedback but heard nothing. I reached out via email and LinkedIn. Finally, HR emailed to say I wasn't selected. I really wanted the job, so it was a mixed experience.
- Can you introduce yourself and describe what drives you?
Quality Engineer
The recruitment process is lengthy, involving several stages and significant waiting periods between interviews. It includes interviews with the hiring manager (N+1), the department head (N+2), and HR. The contract is then sent by mail.
- Can you name three strengths and three weaknesses?
Quality Engineer Intern
I went through three interviews, two were video calls and one was a phone screening. It took about a month. The questions were behavioral and also about my resume.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your projects?
