I had an interview with the manager of the department I was applying to. They asked me about resistance of materials, mechanical part plans, fluid mechanics, and also about the internship and my personality.

Mechanical Design Engineer
The process was VERY LONG, I applied in early September, had the technical interview with my direct manager in early November, then with HR in mid-November. After that, there was a long silence. At the end of December, they contacted me to say they wanted to hire me. In early January, I received a verbal job offer, followed by a written offer at the end of January. I finally started the job in mid-April. You can count the number of months yourself...
- Highly technical questions, be well prepared and study the job offer.
Mechanical Design Engineer
I had an hour-long chat with the Head of Mechanical Design. It was mostly about my technical skills, like CAD and manufacturing. We also touched on managing teams and developing people. Overall, it was a good experience.
