Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Safran.
Intern
It was a great experience, they were very human-centered. The interview happened all at once, and all the stakeholders were present to quickly select an intern. It's nice and rare to have people on the other end who also understand that a simple process can be beneficial.
- What were the reasons for your choice that led you to apply to this site?
Intern
There are two interviews planned: a first chat with HR (a basic interview). A second chat with the manager about the project, expectations, and some questions about future prospects. A preliminary check will be in place if you work on a declared Defense site.
- What motivates you for this position?
- Tell me about your academic background.
- Introduce yourself.
Purchasing Intern
I had an on-site interview for the intern purchasing role. They set up an appointment, and I went there for it. The HR person gave me a warm welcome and offered me coffee before we started the interview. They asked questions related to the purchasing job and my experience. I felt like I answered most of the questions well.
- Can you tell me about your past experience in purchasing?
