We had a few interviews in this order: first, a remote recruiter call (at the Malakoff office), then a remote HR interview, followed by a technical and HR interview on-site in Plaisir, and finally, an interview with the manager (n+2) also on-site in Plaisir.

The hiring process is basically a structured chat between you and the company to see if you're a good fit. It goes like this: First, you gotta prep – research the company, reread the job description, think about common interview questions like why you want the job, your pros and cons, and get some questions ready for them. Then, the actual interview: they'll greet you, you'll introduce yourself and talk about your journey, skills, and why you're interested. They'll ask you stuff about your technical side, how you behave, and your soft skills. You should also ask them questions to show you're engaged. Finally, wrap it up and figure out the next steps. After that, send a thank-you email to show you're still keen, and follow up if you don't hear back when they said you would.

I interviewed at Safran about a month ago. I cleared all the rounds, including the tool test and the HR round, but I never got an offer letter. When I called them, they didn't respond well and said hiring stopped for some reasons. So, be careful with this Safran company, don't waste your money and time.
