Behavioral Other

For internal employees, the process is a bit different. After applying, I got a call from HR about a week later about a 250-question personality test that took about 45 to 60 minutes. They said they'd call in a few days to let me know if I passed. They called about 30 minutes later to say I passed and that the HR advisor for the store would set up an interview. I got the interview two days later. They asked questions about different situations and how I handled them, looking for real-life examples.
