The interview process was pretty simple and an hour long. The manager was really friendly and nice. I was interviewed by one team member and the manager. Overall, the environment was nice.

So first, there's like a quick phone chat with HR. Then, the real deal starts, spread over two days. Day one is all about meeting the VPs of FP&A. They'll chat about their vision and how you might fit in, so be ready to talk about your fit. If they like you, day two is a group interview with your potential colleagues and then a 1-on-1 with your direct manager. After that, it's background checks and hopefully an offer.

I had a panel interview where I met with two directors and two managers. They asked me about my background, focusing on my resume, previous work experiences, and skills. They also wanted to hear about specific projects I'd led, asking for details on what I did and what happened as a result. Then, they took turns asking mostly behavioral questions. The whole interview felt pretty standard, without any curveballs.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you faced strong opposition but believed your decision was right for the company, and you pursued it anyway? Describe how you handled it.
