First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass.
Warehouse Manager
The interaction was pleasant and the expectations for the role were made clear. The HR Recruiter was professional and nice. The conversation was brief and to the point, not overly long.
- What are your expectations regarding pay?
- What are your expectations regarding hours?
Warehouse Manager
It started with an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, there was a phone interview with HR and Supply Chain folks. Next, I had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an assessment with HR, Supply Chain, a Peer Manager, the Hiring Manager, and the Hiring Manager's Immediate Manager. Finally, there was an additional one-on-one with the Hiring Manager to clarify a comment made during the assessment interview.
- During the assessment interview, you called your current job a "Survival Job." Could you explain why you said that in your final discussion with the Hiring Manager?
Warehouse Associate
The interview process was brief and direct. The company is good, and the management has a family-like atmosphere, which has both positive and negative aspects. It would be ideal if there were more opportunities for personal development within the warehouse operations.
