Technical Behavioral Presentation

So I got an email from a recruiter about an assessment test. When I got there, the receptionist gave me a paper about the job. Then, I had to do a typing test, a personality assessment (agree/disagree), and a phone call simulator where I had to pick A, B, C, or D based on what the automated voice said. After that, I waited for my scores. The receptionist told me I passed and that I'd get an email to schedule the next interview. Two days later, I had the interview. They gave me a sheet with details about windshield wipers and I had 10 minutes to memorize some benefits. My interviewer was pretty casual, which made me feel comfortable. She asked me to roleplay selling her windshield wipers, and I had to overcome one objection with one benefit. Finally, I was given a sheet of available shifts, picked one, and chose my start date.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and then had to take a 100-question personality test. Each question had 6 answer choices, like agree, somewhat agree, etc. One question was about how I'd react if I ordered something, the wrong item was sent, and the company wanted me to pay for return shipping. Some questions in this scenario really needed more info. I failed a part of this test and was told to reapply in 90 days. It felt like a really tough job because they'd watch your calls closely, and being late a few times meant getting fired. I felt like it was very political there.

Technical Behavioral

Had a few interviews, they tested my general smarts and did some mock customer calls and skills tests. The interviewer made the job sound amazing, with unlimited commission potential, but it really wasn't. The commission structure was super confusing and had caps, which is weird for sales.
