It was surprisingly easy. I had two phone interviews and then an in-person one with 4 interviewers. I didn't get a case study, though I know others who did. It was mostly basic interview questions like what you're most proud of, what you need to improve on, and tell me about a project. What I found interesting was how HR kept moving me around. I interviewed with 4 different groups before finally getting the job. The feedback from the first three interviews was always 'You sound great, but the hiring manager thinks you're a better fit for a role in ___ group.' It was a bit disheartening at first, but I appreciated that they kept trying with me.

Got a call from HR to set up a phone interview. Had the phone interview with HR. Then they asked me to come in for an in-office interview the next day. Got a call back confirming the in-office interview. The in-office interview was with two managers. They both had their own questions from a script. Each manager gave an example of a complex situation and asked me to explain what I would do, step by step.

So first, you gotta do this online test, right? It checks if you can juggle stuff like answering emails, taking calls, and dealing with documents, basically what you'd be doing on the job. If you ace that, then you get a phone interview. And if they dig you after that, they'll set you up for an in-person interview.

First you need to take and pass an IQ test to even be considered for an interview. If you pass that, then you'll have a phone interview. After that, if you make it through, you'll come in for an in-person interview with the managers and trainer. They'll usually let you know about the offer, including salary and start date, within a week or two, and you'll have a few business days to decide.
