First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SafeBreach.
Director
I interviewed with SafeBreach for a senior director role and went through more than 9 interviews with different stakeholders. The process was extremely time-consuming and seemed promising at first. However, after investing significant effort and preparation, I was ghosted without any explanation or closure. I later found out through LinkedIn that they had hired someone else. This level of disregard for candidates’ time and effort reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and culture. Transparency and communication are basic expectations in any hiring process, especially at a senior level. If you value your time and expect respectful treatment during interviews, be prepared for a frustrating experience here.

Customer Success Manager
I recently went through the interview process for the Customer Success Manager role at SafeBreach and it was a really great experience. They communicated clearly and on time from the start, making everything easy and not stressful. The HR team was super helpful, giving me lots of info about the job and SafeBreach at every step. They were also really flexible and understanding, making sure I felt good and ready for each interview part. The people interviewing me were professional and nice too. All in all, the whole thing was organized well and clear, and it gave me a fantastic impression of SafeBreach as a company. I'm really looking forward to joining and helping them keep doing well.

Channel Sales Director
I was referred internally and ended up speaking with a very junior Recruiter. It seems it was a replacement role for someone that left. He described the process, asking a couple of behavioral questions. He didn't know much else about the role, like growth expectations or partners, beyond what was in the job description, saying I'd have to get that from the hiring manager. A day or so later, I received the standard rejection email stating they were moving forward with other candidates better aligned with their specific needs. When I asked what those needs were, he unfortunately couldn't share, which is odd since he didn't seem to know them himself. It would have been better if those were outlined clearly in the interview. It felt like a waste of time, and I'd advise others to steer clear.

Dev Support
I had a recruiter call first to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had a zoom interview with the Director of R&D, which was technical but high-level. After that, I got a home assignment to build a HitRate Limiter api service. Finally, I had an in-person interview at the company office with the R&D TL. They asked a bit about the assignment and then focused more on technical questions and my experience. My overall experience with the interview process was great. It was super efficient, and the communication afterwards was really nice and fast. The in-person interview was engaging and interesting, and they were very patient. The hospitality was top-notch, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
