Got a call from a recruiter about a week after applying. First up was a phone interview where I went over my background and education. Then, two higher-ups from the claims department interviewed me. We had a great chat, and they even showed me around and introduced me to the training folks. I was pretty sure I'd get an offer. But, radio silence followed. Despite my follow-up calls and emails over weeks, no response. I guess not having customer service experience was the dealbreaker. They seemed to really focus on how to break bad news, which says a lot about their approach to paying claims.

Had a few warm-up questions first. The main questions were impressive, with two interviewers sitting nearby. It was tricky and fast-paced, like an exam. I don't think I performed well.

It was a pretty straightforward process. They used STAR format questions for the interview. It felt like a typical interview. I was interviewed by two employees. The whole process was quite easy, and they made it even simpler by conducting the interview over video. I'd recommend applying soon!
