I first had a phone call for the part-time case manager role. Then, the Director of Criminal Court contacted me about the Senior Case Manager position, which involved an in-person interview. Be aware that part of the interview was conducted in Spanish, so if you mention speaking another language, be prepared for that.

It was good it was over the phone first. The person asked me about my professional background and described the position I was applying for. The person asked me questions about my resume and what I went to school for. The person asked me why I was interested in this type of work field.
