First, you need to apply to the graduate trainee program, which means sending in your CV, cover letter, and whatever else they ask for. Then, Safaricom's HR will look at all the applications and pick people who seem qualified and like a good fit. If you make it past that, you might have to do some tests – maybe psychometric, aptitude, or technical ones to see what you're good at. Those who do well on the tests could get a phone or video call with HR or some interviewers. Finally, after the assessment center or the last interview, the interviewers will decide who gets the job and let you know.

Technical Coding

There were a few interviews. The first two were technical. One involved a Codility test, and the other was a technical Zoom interview. If you passed those, you moved on. It was a good experience because they let you know within a few days if you were moving to the next interview.
