First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saddle Creek Logistics Services.
Forklift Operator
It was an in-person interview at the facility. They gave me an overview of what to expect and my goals with the company. It was pretty straightforward and decent.
- What motivated you to apply to Saddle Creek?
Forklift Operator
The interview was pretty straightforward and professional, focusing on my past work experience and knowledge of equipment. It took about 20-25 minutes. The workplace seemed nice with hours that worked for me. It took about two weeks to hear back, and then three days later I had the interview, got an offer, and accepted it all on the same day. Test results took a couple of days to come back. I started the following week with a week of orientation.
- What forklift experience do you have?
Warehouse Associate
It was a pretty straightforward interview with two people. First, I talked to the warehouse supervisor. Then, I met with the operations manager. They asked me about my past job and if I had reliable transportation or any attendance issues. They also asked about my long-term goals. The operations manager also discussed benefits and pay.
- What makes you a good candidate for this role?
- Did they ask you about your suitability for the job?
- Are you able to operate a forklift?
