Fulfillment Supervisor
It was a phone interview with HR. They really seemed to focus on LEAN and Six Sigma stuff. They used a lot of corporate speak and talked a lot about the corporate culture. For me, the whole experience was pretty off-putting. I went from being excited about the interview to feeling sick.
- Have you received any training in Six Sigma?

Commercial Driver
The interview was pretty simple. They asked about my CDL, how long I've been driving, and my safety history. Then they went over what the job entails and the work schedule. After that, they mentioned what happens next, like orientation and background checks.
- Do you possess a valid CDL and recent driving experience?
- Could you tell me about your driving record, including any accidents, tickets, or violations?
- Are you able to work long hauls and weekends?
HR Supervisor
The interview process was pretty quick and simple. But, a red flag showed up early: they really wanted to know my current salary before moving forward. Their questions felt like they were trying to screen people out and possibly offer less money later. Then, at the offer stage, the offer letter had a requirement to sign an NDA and other disclosures that seemed to say they owned anything I created, even off the clock. When I asked about that, they suddenly pulled the offer. This company seems to be about automation and making a good employee experience sound good, but it didn't feel that way. It seemed more like they were trying to stop employees from unionizing, which is a big concern. Also, during hiring, they mentioned they planned to change the Senior HR Professional role to HR Generalist later. If they wanted an HR Generalist, they should have hired someone with 1-2 years of experience, not a senior person. All in all, I thought their practices were sneaky and had a lot of red flags. Be careful if you consider them.
- Do you have experience with employee relations?
- Can you commit to being in the office five days a week?
- Are you prepared to be the primary point of contact for HR issues?
