Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sabre.
Operations Research Analyst
I applied and had a 45 minute phone interview with someone who works in the field. It seemed to go pretty well and sounded like things were looking up when we finished talking, but sadly, I didn't end up getting an offer.
- Can you explain Bender's Decomposition?
- What is Column Generation?
- What is your biggest weakness?
Operations Research Analyst
I submitted an application for the Sr. operation research analyst position through Sabre's website. About two months after I applied, they reached out, and I went through three phone interviews. The questions they asked were pretty challenging. They hit me with a lot of advanced C++ questions, which I wasn't able to answer properly.
- What is your knowledge of LP and IP?
- Can you discuss C++ programming language?
Operations Research Analyst
The process was pretty smooth. We started with an initial interview on campus, and then I was flown out to Dallas. From there, I traveled to the head office for a bunch of interviews with people who could be my future team leads.
- Can you tell me about the most significant challenge you've encountered in your past work?
