The process started with a call from a recruitment agency, followed by two in-person interviews with local managers. Then, there was a one-on-one phone interview with my potential future manager. Finally, the recruitment agency provided feedback. The first two stages were fine, but the last two were a disaster. The manager forgot to call me and then claimed he called the wrong person. The interview date was rescheduled at least twice. The manager's English was very poor, making it difficult to understand anything. After about ten minutes, it was clear they were looking for someone much less experienced, yet they continued the pointless conversation. A month later, the recruitment agency contacted me with a job offer, but they hadn't even finalized the previous position and didn't inform me of the outcome. It was an extremely unprofessional recruitment process. I'm unsure if it was just bad luck with both the manager and the recruiter, or if it's a general issue.

It was the usual interview process, starting with an HR phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, I had on-site interviews with the hiring manager, a colleague, and the person whose role I was interviewing for. The vibe was pretty standard and friendly. I didn't really get the full picture of the job until I had already started. Also, on my second day, I found out I'd be reporting to someone different than the person I interviewed with.

It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a phone interview, and then I went to the office twice for interviews. It took about a 45-minute commute from TCU to get there. The interviewers were really nice and asked a lot of questions, which was super helpful. Definitely do your research on the company before you go.
