The HR department was sloppy. Sabre uses HireVue for on-demand interviews where candidates record responses to pre-recorded behavioral questions using their webcam and microphone. After the initial HireVue, there were technical questions. The recruiting team messed up, and I had to do the same behavioral interview three times due to incorrect dates. The first and third interviews had identical technical questions. I wanted to reschedule twice but couldn't get contact information. They gave a unhelpful response when I complained about doing the same interview thrice, citing issues. They also mentioned they were only hiring Juniors, Seniors, and Grad Students, despite my resume clearly indicating I'm a Sophomore, thus wasting my time.

First, HR called me to check my availability and set up a phone interview. A few days later, HR got back to me saying the phone interview feedback was great and offered an onsite or video call, whichever I preferred. I opted for onsite. The onsite interview lasted about 3 hours and I met with three people individually: one from business and two from the technical team. It was a really positive experience, especially with the HR rep who was very responsive and accommodating in scheduling the interviews. I was told I got the job and am expecting an offer this week.

So I had a total of 4 technical rounds. The first one was an online test with MCQs and coding questions. After passing that, I had three more technical rounds, some 1:1 and some 1:2. It took me a full day to finish everything. The questions were mostly about Java basics and concepts. They also asked me to write some Java code. Some brainstorming and interesting questions came up too. Everyone was pretty friendly.
