I had a screening with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview. The interviews felt great, they had a lot of energy and gave feedback at each stage, making it seem like I had the job. The questions were easy, mostly basic behavioral ones. But honestly, this company is a joke. They tell you to keep in touch with the recruiter and hiring manager, but then they just ghost you. No matter how many times you email for an update, they never reply. It's crazy how fake this company can be. They only care about you when they're trying to hire you, otherwise, they act like they never met you. My advice is to take everything they say with a grain of salt. You'll never really know if they like you or not. Don't expect them to get back to you unless you get the job offer.

Applied online and then had a phone screening with the recruiter. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with a team of 5 people, including Finance Directors and managers. The final interview was with the VP of Finance. Then a reference check, and I got an offer about a month later.
